What that information means for you is that if you made a mistake in your subject combinations, or want to change it, you can now do so.
You need to go to any CBT center close to you.
Also, if you are writing this Saturday (May 13), changing your subject combination will push your exam date forward.
This is closing tomorrow (Friday, May 12). So you need to hurry up.
